I searched, I read, I hoped, and I begged (for approval).  Rocket Cellini Premium Plus V2 on the way!!!  Thank you to Mary from Chris' Coffee for putting up with me.  I'm coming from a Gaggia Evolution that's about 6-7 years old and served me well once I bought the Vario.  Probably could've kept using it for a bit longer, but for the near future it'll reside at work for a mid morning or late afternoon pick me up.  I know I have some work to do to get used to the HX, but most of what I read points to the fact that I'll be ok.  Friends think I'm nuts to drop that type of coin on coffee, but they have their obsessions too.  I'll let you know how it goes and I know where to go for help, thanks for all the useful information.

Wow, all I can say is wow.  And I've just scratched the surface I'm sure.  I've run some Cafe Grumpy and old Red Bird through it so far.

LOL, yes it is a pretty big step up! A little different in how you use it but as you get better, your shots will too!

If you need any help, just drop me a line if you do not feel like posting here, I am glad to help :D
