I found a posting for a used V-Tech Milano Coffee Plus and can't find much information about this machine.  Does anyone know any more about it?

It is the first listing on this page:
http://www.ecm.bc.ca/v-tech-1.html

Colin over at coffeecrew.com did a review of a similar machine but it was the Uno not the Coffee Plus machine ...

Thanks so much - this is an amazing forum filled with a wealth of information!

Dual thermo-block, not a real boiler. I've owned appliances from V-Tech in the past (mostly cheap wireless phones that were fairly disposable items), and was never impressed with their designs or technology. I'd pass on it in favor of something made by a company whose first business was coffee.

It's not the cheapest disposable machine on the market, it does have a three-way valve and other features to make it a very good disposable, but the fact that it's already used and therefore doesn't have a warranty means it's quite a gamble.  With brand new disposables, you at least know you're buying a machine that will be replaced free for a year or two, and could last seven or more before anything goes wrong if you're lucky.  In the picture, it looks to be made with the parts that Mokitas/Imats/Stainless-steel Pavonis and other $400-$500 machines are made of. In that plastic body it should retail new for $250 or so.  It's probably on its last legs but if the "As Is Used" is good enough, you're allowed to make sure it works well enough for your needs and it's less than $90 or whatever you're willing to gamble, then the gamble is up to you.
If they're asking more than $100 for a plastic Imat with 2 thermoblocks and a pump more than a year old, don't buy it.
It is possible that it is an honest seller that is just upgrading to something better, but it is probably somebody trying to get some money out of a machine they know is about to die and isn't worth fixing.  Just my opinion, but I have seen many used machines and for-sale ads.

Thank you for your honest feedback, both of you.  I will continue to look ...
And, btw, the listing is much more expensive than I would've thought considering what is being offered:
