Leaving the Gaggia Classic behind, I'm looking for my next machine. I got a Vairo, so grinder wise I'm okay. I do milk drinks 75% of the time. I steam 12oz of milk for my 16oz cup. So I need something that will pull off that amount 2-4 at a time at best, friends and what evers. I got a price range of 1300 to 1900. I am in Los Angeles, so I have Salvatore up the road and Pasquini close too. But I am open to whats best over all. It will all be 110vac and 15amp. Thanks

Espresso: Rocket Cellini Premium Plus... Grinder: Mazzer Mini

Definitely get a Rocket or a similar E-61 machine. My Cellini steams 12oz of milk in around 20s and 8oz in 14s. The Salvatore's are nice, a friend of mine has one. Don't expect amazing steam power out of them though, I've heard they are also relatively unreliable.

Espresso: Vetrano V2B Grinder: Mazzer Mini-E Type A, SJ... Drip: Toddy

I own a Quickmill Vetrano V2B and am very happy with its steaming power with the 2-hole tip...but I think it's about $350 above your upper range. I think the La Spaziale Mini Vivaldi II is within your price range (or within $100) and is generally considered to have the most powerful steam in machines under $2500.
