Sorry to be a leech and not contribute anything to the forum, yet... But I have bought a used  M21 Junior DT1 from an auction house, the machine came from a Cafe in a Las Vegas hotel. It got very little usage and they put it up for auction. The main problem is no water will dispense out of the  grouphead. The steam wand and hotwater both work really great. The machine has no problem getting up to pressure and activating the pump to refill the boiler. When I press the brew button, i hear one of the solenoids clicking, but no water.  The motor also turns on too. Here in this album i have included pictures of the machine: http://imgur.com/a/WumwH/

The part of the machine I think is bad is this, i never feel any clicking and hear anything during the brew cycle or boiler refilling: http://i.imgur.com/fEMmlh7.png

Thank you for any suggestions or advice you can give!

That's a flowmeter. If it is blocked it could restrict flow, but it's not a likely spot.
You could confirm that water is both getting to it and through it by carefully removing the pipe leading up and away to the group-head/HE,  (the elbow fitting in the picture 555 000 073 is the INlet). If you disconnect pipe 442 828 010 from the head fitting 555 001 144 it would be easy to get to, easy to be gentle and careful, and unlikely to break anything.

It is more likely that the blockage is going to be in the grouphead itself, right at or near the solenoid valve. Left of that fitting 555 001 144. Solenoid is not shown in the picture, unless I'm missing something, it'll be bolted into those 4 bolt holes around those 2 holes in the square.

Just a suspect, the upper view photo of the group showing a missed bolt of the 3way valve base.
Are you sure nobody  removed it before and maybe re installed it in a wrong position?

Bolt or no bolt, the 3 Way Valve is a legitimate suspect.

Second the 3 way, I just had one fail, exactly the same problem. The machine works fine in all respects but will not let water out of the group head when brewing. Mine failed in the "vent" position so the valve is always in the release pressure from the puck position.

Thanks everyone for the help, the 3 way solenoid was jammed up with minerals and calcium buildup. Same with the brewgroup, it was very bad but easy clean up. The flow meter was full of buildup and wouldn't spin. After everything was cleaned and descaled, it worked like new!
