I got this machine today and the only things that came up on the web about it that made any sense were posts to this forum. Everyone seems very nice and it was helpful to read the comments. It was fun to try to get it to work, but I was not able to fix it. It gets very hot and the steam wand works (boy does it ever, it burnt me) but no water comes out of the head.
I noticed in some of the postings, people were looking for parts for this machine. The one that I have has the reservoir and the other pieces. I was not able to get it to work and it's not a big enough priority to me to have it fixed. I have enough unfinished projects and I'm a big enough princess to want to buy new now that it burnt my hand.
I thought I would throw it up here for someone to have. I'm not trying to make money off of it (and know the rules about new people), I just don't want to re-donate it because it's bound to get smashed up or thrown away. (As a weird side note, I got it at the Goodwill As-Is store and everything gets thrown around like crazy and broken. They sell everything by the pound).
The only bummer is that these machines are very heavy so shipping it will not be inexpensive. I'm in the Portland, OR area. Anyway, let me know if anyone needs it. email@example.com
