Posted Thu May 8, 2014, 8:49pm Subject: Brand new Rocket R58 - DVD
. I received my Rocket R58 today, first I can't believe how heavy it is!
Haven't even turned it on; been reading the manual and tried to watch the enclosed DVD.
However the DVD won't play at all. I'm in Canada where DVDs are Region 1. Is it possible that the DVD is some other region, Europe for example? The box for the Rocket is marked "USA", surely Rocket knows which DVD region the USA and Canada are in?
So I'm wondering if any other Rocket R58 owners had, or are having, a problem playing the enclosed DVD. If so were they able to get a replacement DVD and if so where did they get their replacement DVD from? .
