Subject: Saeco Vienna Plus: leaking water poor steam output.

First post here forgive me if this is the wrong section. Figured it was time to ask the pros.

Bought a refurb Vienna Plus from Seattle Coffee Gear a few months ago (out of warranty now.)

For a while now it has been putting out very poor steam. All it basically does is heat the milk there is no foam. Weird thing is it did this for a few weeks then one day stopped and worked good for 2 weeks. Now it is doing it again.

I have included a picture, water pools up on top of the door underneath where the steam comes from inside the machine. By the time I am done steaming there is about an 8"x 8" puddle of water on the counter.

It seems to me like a connection issue with  the part that the steam knob is connected to. Its not the steam wand itself I have removed that. I think I need to remove the front panel but don't know how, couldn't find anything on google.

Thanks for any help.
