Hello again, i just got in my 400z scale and YES i was over dosing , and at the same time after you told me about the cooling flush "water dance" i went out and got me a Mini MultiMeter, it seems like on the 25sec of the cooling flush the temp is around 202F that's if the machine is siting idol for 15 min or more so i leave it to run for few sec more then wait around 30 sec for recovery shots have got allot better , i am using the Black cat blend i seem to like it out of allot that i have tried if you have any good tips on where to buy good espresso beans will be great to hear from you again, but you have done more then enough thank you again my Expobar now seems worth the money i spent on it :)
Re: other beans, my recent personal favorite has been Ambrosia from Caffe Fresco, but they have been remodeling and are not taking orders at the moment. One of the Shops I have helped in the past is currently providing me with beans from a roaster in Naples who is part of a set of "family connections" among the Roaster and Coffee bars in Naples, Milan, elsewhere ...and Boston. So I can't offer my current blend... Not available commercially. Sorry
