Just listened to an interesting 5-minute interview -- Kevin Knox (Coffee Basics) was interviewed a while back on Minnesota Public Radio's "The Splendid Table." It's a repeat program, available in real-audio from the program's website at http://table.mpr.org/ -- though it may not be on their frontpage forever, it should be locatable using their search menu.
