Hello, Finally a situation came along that worked for me. A 1995 CMA Rio. I have the machine pretty much tore down and have been taking a few pictures. If there is any interest and it is OK with CoffeeGeek. I would be glad to post views of different parts, assemblies or whatever. This is a pretty generic machine.
Loring I'm havin fun now, no more trying to decide "which machine"

Hello, No doubt a million ways to go here, but this is the manifold I built for my plumbing. Left to right Everpure filter head and 7s0 cartridge My tap water was 80ppm hardness now is 36ppm, a little over 2gpg Drain valve, thought I outta have one. Pressure regulator and gauge, need one cause my well stat varies 45 to 60 PSI. Check valve, in case the health department shows up. I am using steel braided hoses to and from the manifold, probably over kill but it makes me warm and fuzzy.

Hello, Rio is pretty much back together, The few parts I needed I purchased from espressoparts NW. They were very helpful with advice and stocked all the parts I needed.
Hooked the beast up temporarily to the laundry basin to see if it worked and to see how bad it leaked. I took apart over 30 water connections and didn't bother to replace the teflon seals, just reused them. I had only one small leak which was easily repaired with a little teflon tape.
Feeling pretty good, I took the skin down to a powdercoat shop to be painted. Won't have pieces back for a few weeks.
I think it is going to be a lot harder learning to pull a good shot than it was to rebuild.
Will post a picture with pretty new paint job when I get it all put together and docked on the counter. I have been keeping it out of Sylvia's sight so I don't have a cat fight.
