Hi everyone, i have been checking my machine to see if it was operating perfectly and i found out that the water from the groups without a portafilter was only reaching 180 dgrees!
I read somewhere that it should reach 194-203 degrees, how do i adjust the Pressure regulator without any test equipment ect. ect. were is it located on the pavoni bar v2 and which way do i turn the screw ( clockwise) .

sorry for the post , i just rechecked the temp again after it has been on now for 30 minutes and it is now at 190ish , at my earlier post i had not let the portafilters heat up and the temp from them was lower.

here are the shots i pulled this morning, can some one tell me if they look okay, i need to get a grinder with a doser, this seems to be my problem, as getting the grind and the tamp down, my machine seems to be only hitting around the 185-190degree mark from the water thru the groups.
