Hello,

I'd like to order a Reg Barber tamper to use with my FF X5 instead of the plastic one that came with it. I just want to confirm that the size I need is exactly 57.0 mm?

Thanks!

Howdy,

I have measured my baskets here: "Basket and tamper options, need some diameter measurements" They are almost 58mm, if you want, Reg can make you a custom tamper that is say, 57.5mm. I also have a convex 57mm Espressivo that I love using. And finally, I picked up one of these tampers for cheap fun, and it fits the double basket so closely that it acts like a piston.

My three stooges are on the right:

Thanks for the meausrements and the new options!! I might just try the Espressivo for now since I'm ordering some stuff from WLL. I think I've seen it before, but I didn't know if it was good or not. The ebay one has a great price too!
