I have a Krups espresso maker, which has a steamer. I also own an aerolatte milk frother. Both of these work well when frothing whole milk, but my wife enjoys soy milk in her latte and I haven't been able to steam the soy milk very well.
Does anyone have suggestions about how best to froth soy milk?

I steam a fair amount of soy milk at work and for me, the key is to not inject much air. Only let it slurp a couple of times at the beginning. If you over-inject air into soy milk, it will really blow up on you, making "sea foam". We use White Wave brand. I don't know if the other brands steam very good but I get adequate results from it.

We use Pacific Select Plain and steam to around 80 degrees with the wand near the surface and then move the tip to near the bottom to avoid over-frothing. The results are mediocre at best but better than what I usually see when folks steam Soy.
