I'm help a good friend start their new love and that is serving great coffee. They bought a La San Macro 85-16m-2 without a manual. We set it up over the weekend with little knowledge of what we were looking at or how to connect. We connected most of everything and she serve some samples but concerned it everything is right.
Where can I get a manual and replacement parts?
Is their someone to talk to about parts and what should happen with this machine?
Where can I parts for carts like water tanks and other replacement part?
I need something pretty fast because she is a great person and can do a great job.
You can get a user's manual and buy parts for the La San Marco from Michaelo Espresso. Their website is www.michaelo.com. They are in Seattle, and they service and sell both La San Marco espresso machines and coffee carts.
