Two doubles and two triples for me, as well! Let me know who gets how much, and I'll make sure it gets there. Thanks! Oh, and I'd take ridgless if it were available, too. (although, somehow I think we get what we get...)

Yeah, gotta forget that whole ridged / ridgeless modus. ;)
Re group buy - great idea, but it's also a lot of work for the person doing it. I'd propose we get a group together with confirmed orders, via paypal or something, and the person (Jon) who does the buying, receiving, and re-shipping gets compensated somewhat for that - maybe the group will factor into their buying price paying for Jon's filters, so he gets them for free?
Jon's costs: - shipping from Synesso - shipping indvidually to everyone (though padded envelope, with cardboard insert stiffener, should be good enough via usps - but we don't want these bad boys bent or misshaped) - his time - paypal "hit"
I'd be happy paying $7.50 per basket, plus shipping cost to me, if Jon wants to take this on.
And I'd be in for 4 doubles, 2 singles.
Oh and I'd also be interested in the Synesso PF, if it fits LM machines (which I'm about 75% sure it does, but can Jon confirm that?)

My detailed post full of quotes and such was swallowed by the CG forum monster, so please forgive my brevity. ALWAYS remember to copy your posts before hitting the button :-)
OK all - I'm absolutely willing, it's a labor of love You guys just pay the total costs including both shippings
The short story is that I'll post back to this thread after I speak with someone at Synesso, and if it's a GO then I'll provide details. I'll officially tally the totals then.
It's probably best shipping by USPS flat-rate envelopes inside the US (Canada will be different) I can take Paypal to JonR10-at-yahoo-dot-com, and I will send your stuff to your PP addy after your pay. OK?
One last thing - for the folks asking for doubles - didn't you REALLY mean to say TRIPLES???? {:-D

Good onya, guys!
Jon, Synesso is only three people, so I'm sure that they would also be very glad that you are organising this, rather than getting them to split all the baskets up, even if they do get a handling fee.
Mark, could you post a photo of the synesso baskets so that I can see if it's the same as the ones that we have? the ones that we have look very similar to what I have been told is the stock LM basket. You know; the uber-ridged one. Also, the Synesso PFs have a bakelite handle ... the basket is deep but I like the LM one a lot more.
OK - that's enough for me to contact Synesso - so I sent them a note and offered to buy some baskets. I'll keep you updated (and I will have a few extra so please chime in if anyone else is interested)
