Hi Everybody.
I am "brand" new member and probably my question will be stupid but I have no choice.
I have Isomac Zaffiro for less than six months. For the first time the problem came about three months ago.
When the machine is ON for more than three hours the heat is gone or if the machine was on and I switch it off but I it has to be on after let say two hours it doesn't start heating at all.
My question is: is it the way it should work or I am having real problem. I wrote twice to the company I did buy it from, still have no answer.
Thank you in advance to everyone.
I really need coffee, now.

No, this is not how it should work. The Zaffiro should be hot and ready to go no matter how long it's left on. Keep pestering your dealer -- it's likely a bad part.

Hi Dana
I don't understand the problem you are having.  Does the machine work at all?  Does it turn on then turns off after a few hours?

Thermostat problem?  Mark's review noted thermostat failures in the Zaffiro.
