I just purchased a set of Illy espresso cups. The cups say Illy on them and made in Italy. The saucers say Mitterteich, and, I believe, made in Germany. It is right? I am not too familiar with this product. Thanks for any help.

I own couple sets and few individual Illy cups. Depending on the set or cup they are manufactured in Italy or Germany. Cups are very consistent in shape & feel. The saucer are all slightly different. Cups & sets range from '93 to '02.
