Darn - missed that typo. I'm fixing it on Cafepress right now. Very sorry to anyone who ordered anything. If you contact CafePress, they may be willing to reprint.
The files are now fixed on CafePress. Any orders after noon eastern today will have the corrected version.
Mark - thanks for letting this post stay up. I thought it would be a fun non-commercial project that other geeks might enjoy.

coffeestork - I like the idea of a new products thread but it would probably require a lot of moderation and curating to make sure it doesn't turn into a spamfest. It would be cool to have a thumbs up/down vote associated with each new product announced.

I was wondering about the license of this chart; I used the information (which strictly speaking can't be licensed as it is universally available) and layout to create a poster in the design of this: Lokesh Dhakar Coffee Diagram (which is licensed for non-commercial use). So basically I expanded his poster to look like yours, so I could print it (needed something colorful to decorate the bland wall next to the espresso machine). All in all it would count as an adaptation of your original layout/design, redesigned within the same medium - ie adapting the layout and information to fit a poster of similar but not equal design and appearance.
With your permission, I would like to make that poster freely available on this forum (it's sized for international paper, and vector-based so it can be resized to larger sizes) under a Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike license - so anyone wanting one could print it themselves, or get a third-party printer to do so (it would share joint attribution between OrbitVisual and Lokesh Dhakar).
