Hello
your first problem is that machine. I used to own this and I am glad its gone, it lacks presure and functionality.
It will not take long before this message goes to the weeds.

Second, you are using pre ground coffee? This is very coarse and often stale.

The answer to your problem is a new machine and a new grinder.
As long as you dose right and get your grind right you should be getting great shots in no time.
