Thanks Andy, thanks Tony! It was a good read. And on a somewhat unrelated topic - if anyone could direct me towards some similarly scientifically rigorous reading about the effect of temperature changes on extraction, it would be much appreciated (epengr - sorry for hijacking your thread!).

I personally don't know of such an article.

As far as our collective understanding of that topic goes, I would say we have many rivers to cross, but don't get discouraged Jimmi, because you can get it if you really want.
