Unfortunately I don't know any charts, but there is a difference. Green beans contain about 0.9–2.6% of caffeine depending on the variety. After roasting about 1.3–2.0% still remain, whereupon arabica beans generally have less caffeine than robusta.
*** "This drink of the Satan is so delicious that it would be a shame to leave it to the infidels." (Pope Clement VIII on coffee)
Coffees have naturally varying levels of caffeine. The Robusta coffee has caffeine which is twice the Arabica coffee. Here are some coffee varieties with percentage caffeine content. Arabica contains 1.2 percent to 1.8 percent caffeine whereas Cenephora has 2.4 percent caffeine. Other coffee varieties have slight differences with Arabica in terms of caffeine content.
Did you know...? Dark roast coffees actually have less caffeine than lighter roasts due to the fact that the process of roasting burns off caffeine. www.coffeeloversmag.com/theMagazine
