Subject: Milk steaming question

I stay away from dairy milk due to allergies. I love the way soy steams in a machine, but I am also looking at cutting out soy out of my diet as well. I love almond milk as a milk substitute, but I haven't gotten any luck with steaming almond in my machine. Each time I do it, I get either no froth or it tastes burned. I use a thermometer as well.  Any advice regarding steaming and frothing almond milk?

Almond milk has to be frothed at a lower temp.. So use a frothing wand. It does not increase the temp, so your bubbles won't dissolve.
