Does anyone else have to try logging in multiple times before it actually works? I'm not getting my username/password wrong, it just doesn't log me in. If I'm lucky I'll only have to do it twice before I'm logged in, but sometimes three or four times. Never once.
This happens regardless of where I'm logging in from (iPad or desktop).

Every time on my iPad once in a while on my mac
You know those people that want to tell you how to raise your kids but have none of their own? That is how i feel when someone with a kitchen appliance tells me how the merits or dis-merits of my machine or how to use it.

Funny, I was just getting ready to ask this very same question but decided to do a "search" first, and found your post. This happens to me every time i.e. I always have to log in twice before I can participate in the forum. Moderators, help please!

I & others have suggested this before, on your browser go to 'Tools', 'Internet Options', "delete button', & delete all temporary internet files & cookies.
I hadn't posted about it because it's not absolutely consistent. On my home machine where I've saved the login information, I only need to click the login button once (Ubuntu Linux, current LTS version). On the same machine booted into Windows; log twice. On my work computer (which ought not to be an issue, since I shouldn't be etc. etc.) I have to log in once.
I'd prefer not to delete all the cookies. I don't mind flushing the temporary files and searching for cookies associated with this site. I'll try that.
Edited: That worked! I deleted cookies associated with coffeegeek and it only required a single try to login.
Edited again -- after closing the browser and re-opening it, I was once again faced with a 2x login. I think I'll just live with it -- it's less trouble than deleting cookies every time I want to log in.

I consistently have to log in two times on my macbook pro. Have not browsed this sight on any other computers. This is the only forum I have ever experienced this with. It seems like this is a bug that could be fixed.

I discovered (by accident) that if I log in from the main page (not the forum page) I only have to log in once. But if I log in from the forum page it always takes two times.
