First, look at this review: Click Here (www.coffeegeek.com)

Note the review has nothing to do with the product.  It is a spam review, carefully written to expose a URL in the "Bottom line" section, and the review section gives the sales pitch.  Sneaky!  And despicable.

This might be mitigated by preventing links in the reviews, although this might prevent links to places where a product can be purchased.  Sounds like an attack/counterattack escalation is going on here.
