The two downsides of this machine are that the drip tray is somewhat small and the steam wand is awkwardly positioned.  But it's workable- once you get used to the position, it steams really well.  The truth is that it makes great espresso.  If I didn't need HX for serving guests, I would have kept it.   For more info and a picture, check out: http://www.faemacanada.com/family.html .  There are also two reviews here on coffeegeek.
