So is there any where on this forum that I can try to get rid of commercial equipment? I have a lease that I'm looking to transfer to someone else, but don't know how or where to even begin to do this. It is a start-up coffee shop pkg that I got about a year ago and am wanting to re-assign the lease. Any info would be great - thanks

Pardon the ignorant question, but I did not think about before posting my first sale. what is the best way for payment to be arranged? Is there a guide somewhere to help with that (not that there is any CG role, I understand the private sale deal), but a guide would be helpful.
