Up for sale is my much beloved 1990 Olympia Cremina. I bought this machine from a local NYCer about two years ago. The machine was in original but great shape, except for the bottom grate (that covers up the bottom of the boiler) had rust. I removed the rust and painted the panel with rust inhibiting paint. I also completely broke the machine down and completely cleaned and descaled the machine. I replaced every gasket/seal with seals from Orphan Espresso. The machine performed flawlessly on a daily basis for a year until I got my current machine (a 2003 Cremina), and put this machine in storage. A couple of months ago, my 2003 blew a gasket and I brought this machine back into rotation until I received replacement parts. It worked without fault during this time. While it was on the counter, I replaced the sightglass seals, grouphead to boiler gasket, and blowoff valve seal with the available upgrade parts from OE. Machine comes fully operational, with portafilter, basket, and a full grouphead gasket set from Olympia (not pictured). I will also include quite a few other bits and parts that will keep this machine running for decades to come.
I prefer local pick up in Brooklyn, NY, and will wait a couple of weeks before I even consider shipping.
Drop me a line if you have any questions

This machine has all of the upgrades that Olympia built into the 67 creminas. Breaker valve in the cap, slot on top of boiler to warn user that there is pressure when removing the cap. It also has the four holes in the piston that increase the piston seal performance. It also came from the factory asbestos free

It'd be nice to have a second Cremina to fulfill my wish of a 2-group home lever setup, but if Spitz has dibs, I'll get in line and pray that he reconsiders :).

I sent an email, but if it has not been sold, I could pick it up.
