I'm going to be moving and I just can't take it with me, unfortunately.

I'd rather it be in good hands than sit in storage :)

I really don't want to sell this... I really don't. But I must.

I received your email, Thank you for replying. I am delaying for a couple of reasons. Firstly I am curious to see just how the Versalab M3 will affect the taste and consistency of the expresso I am pulling with my Giotto. It takes a month for it to arrive as I was informed. Apparently the grinder is made individually so is being manufactured now and should ship shortly. Since focusing on getting a consistent and dialled in grind with my Mazzer Mini E I am pulling some excellent shots from the espresso blend I have ordered from Social Coffee. They seem to be getting better and better. This group really helped me become a better barista. I am tamping quite lightly now and polish a quarter turn at most. I now can make finer adjustments on the grind and can see the difference in the naked portafilter. Also taste the difference. I am consistent with the flushing technique which improves the Giotto performance with this coffee. As most forum replies have suggested, the machine may make the least difference coming in after the barista, coffee and grinder. Hence I am delaying.

I know La Spaziale is a fine machine and buying from you would save me $1000.00 as compared to buying new. But then I have to deal with duties and taxes as well as brokerage fees and risk of shipping damage when shipped without original shipping packaging. If it gets damaged then how do I return it to you? No warrantees  in this deal. I do have  good friend in Detroit who I will be seeing at Xmas but then I or he still has to bring it over the border.

Lastly I am intrigued by the lever machine as they apparently may make a difference in the espresso taste. So I am considering whether to wait and just get a lever, keep the Giotto as a pump machine.

I do hope your machine sells to someone soon as it seems to be a great deal on a quality machine but I need some more time with mine and the Versalab.

I live near Coldwater Michigan but I am in Detroit all a bunch. If that is the right direction and you guys can put the deal together I am glad to help out with transportation if I am headed the right way. BTW If had not purchased my Duetto I would be all over this deal.

You know those people that want to tell you how to raise your kids but have none of their own? That is how i feel when someone with a kitchen appliance tells me how the merits or dis-merits of my machine or how to use it.
