I am the second owner of this machine, bought it from the original owner in April 2006. According to him, it was only used a handful of times and he was forced to give up coffee for health reasons--it was in great shape then and still is.
I used the machine for an average of about 2 drinks a day until 2008 when it went into storage at our home (third child born, found significantly less time to dedicate to good coffee). I just broke it out of storage about 3 months ago, gave it a thorough once over and have been making 2-4 drinks a day. Performance has been great--pump pressure is stable right around 9 bar when brewing and it still steams like when I first bought it. As mentioned, its still in great shape, has regular wear scuff marks on the drip tray (cups) but otherwise no significant blemishes/marks. I back flushed the machine after every brewing session and used Cafiza generally once a month or two. It was a great starter HX machine but I've since upgraded and wish to give it a new home.
Included in the sale is a single spout portafilter, a second portafilter with a pressure gauge used to measure pump pressure as the Pulser has no built in pressure gauges, a single basket, double basket, backflush disk, the tamper that came with the machine (aluminum, has a few scratches), the standard 2 hole steam tip (I replaced it with a different version that I had better luck using to create micro foam), an extra brand new (never used) group brush, and a small pitcher.
Buyer pays the shipping (their choice of delivery method) unless you happen to live in my part of the world and can do local pickup.
