As of late my wife's stomach has had problems with some of the SO beans that we usually roast for espresso. I would like to move to roasting an espresso blend along side the SO stuff. Would anyone be will to sell me 1lb of Metropolis Greenline? I would like to confirm that it's OK with my wife's stomach before committing to 10+ lbs. Would $8 + shipping be an acceptable price?
