I am selling my well cared for Vario.
I purchased this grinder in June 2010 and have put approximately 40-60 #s through it since then. Of those, I'd say only 20 #s were espresso, the remaining was used for varying manual brew methods. This is my personal grinder and has never been used for any commercial applications.
I have cleaned the burrs periodically with a brush and compressed air. It has never seen dark roasted coffee, nor has old coffee ever been left inside it. I also removed the case and cleaned the interior of coffee grounds to ensure a completely clean unit for the new owner. I then recalibrated the grinder settings per the instructions on Baratza's site.
