By the way, the bottomless more than likely will fit whatever "big machine" you are lining up to get. Apparently the Prof. group of the Ascaso's fit the standard Faema E61 portafilters. You may want to hold on to it.

I'm getting a Nuova Simonelli Ellimatic, which has an odd-shaped group and even though it should fit Oscar PF's, it doesn't. I don't know if it'll fit an Ascaso PF.
