The early models apparently had 220V innards. Can you confirm a 110 pump & heater?

Brass or aluminum tank? Given the price, I assume the older aluminum, but there's no harm in asking.

I believe it's all 110v, although I've not had it apart to verify. Here's a pic of the back plate.
