It's undersized so it fits a 58mm basket. I wouldn't say custom, though all the RB's I had were ordered to my size. This fits all 58mm without getting stuck. But not leaving a bunch of grinds on the side. Your best bet is measure your basket. All my Expobar baskets were 58.1mm, I now have this listed with the shortie handle for $20 more (a steal for a $110 tamper)
