I have a Gaggia Classic that I would be willing to trade for a Baratza Vario Grinder.
The Classic has a Watlow PID installed with dual temperature setting, one for brewing and one for steam. The 2 SSR's are housed in a box on the back of the unit. The PID was wired and the machine tuned (brew temperature at group head, OPV pressure, and steam temps) by Jim Galt of PIDKits.com. I've also replaced the thermal fuse in the unit.
The only issues is has is a very slight and infrequent leak around the portafilter when brewing. Probably just needs a new oring and the plastic knob to turn on the steam wand is broken, but the steam wand still functions perfectly.
Includes stock accessories, stock portafilter with double basket, and a custom tamper machined by my cousin.
I would also be willing to sale the Gaggia for $375plus shipping
email if interested.

Doing business with Jason T is a pleasure, so if you are interested in this machine, I highly recommend the seller.
I just sourced a Classic steam knob from Cerini Coffee (http://www.cerinicoffee.com/) for $14.00, and I think he's also got the brew gasket for $10.00, so putting this machine in A-1 order is not gonna set you back much.
Of course I also highly recommend the Gaggia Classic, but you know that.....:-))))
