Baratza - Looks and operates as it should.... Regular cleaning of the burrs will ensure coffee flows from the coffee shoot into the cup below... Oily beans require attention as they can prevent proper flow of the coffee. I've noticed a slight tap of the grinder on the counter will free the ground coffee so that it drops properly into the cup below if a clogged situation occurs...
