All in all, he was a decent guy, he just seemed a little out of touch with how important condition and little things like shipping boxes, are when buying machines like this. People buying $2000 espresso machines typically have high attention to details. Just not the case here.

Buyer beware because I see the machine is now on Ebay for $1800 and the posting doesn't mention any of these faults.  Yikes!
