I have a 9 year old Giotto Premium for 800.00 in Burlington, Ontario.  The only item that was ever replaced was the P stat this past summer.

I have a Grimac XP-1 Espressione XP-1

This is a heat exchanger machine with 1.3 litre boiler, both steam and brew gauges. Would be a good starter machine.

Please see link for specs.

Please make an offer.
