I have a well cared for and enjoyed Silvia and Rocky up for sale. Unfortunately I've had to give up caffeine, and thus don't have a need for such a setup anymore. Here are the details.
Silvia - Has an Auber PID but this is not functioning. It stopped working a year or two ago and I didn't take the time to figure out how to fix it. I've left the PID and wires as they were and reconnected the factory wires for normal temp-surfing use. Only the PID is not working, the Silvia is fine. - Regularly backflushed and descaled using Dezcal and Puro Caf. - Comes with 2 portafilters (1 original, 1 aftermarket naked PF) - 3 filter baskets - single, double, triple - Rosewood 58mm tamper - Milk pitcher and Misc tools and shot glasses
Rocky - Doser lever is not working. There's a small metal bracket on the underside of the doser that is broken. It's a $5 part online and is supposedly an easy fix. I have gotten used to getting the ground coffee out manually from the doser, which adds an extra step but that's it. - Burrs probably need to be replaced. I've had it for 4+ years (was new when I bought it) and haven't replaced the burrs. In the 4 years, I typically would make 2 doubles per day during the week, and 3 doubles on the weekend. Not a ton of use, but consistent.
