Really? You're willing to pay that much for a used Silvia?
There are much better options that will cost you less and give you the same or a better machine. To name just a few:
a) buy a brand new Silvia and do the mod yourself b) buy a brand new Silvia and hire someone to mod it for you c) skip the Silvia and get a brand new CC1. d) get a brand new La Nuova Cuadra Era e) get a brand new QM Alexia f) get a used prosumer HX machine
. Always remember the most important thing is what ends up in your cup!
I can get a new V3 Silvia with the PID installed and delivered to me for $890 (Seattle Coffee). Would not want to pay retail (or over) for one that is sitting in a closet but I am willing to pay a reasonable price for a V1 or V2 with mods that someone no longer uses because they have moved on to something better.
Am considering a Breville Dual Boiler Machine (BES900XL)
Is there any reason that I should NOT be looking at that machine?
