I think you are in Guam?  If so that might make it more difficult to get a machine since they are likely scarce there.

Your voltage for a machine is 120V AC?

Not sure what kind of inexpensive shipping options there are from the US 48 states to Guam, do you know of any?

the shipping cost for an average espresso machine (30lb) cost around $70 to ship to guam via usps.

thats how i got my grinder, of course, i will also pay for the shipping cost.
