Subject: Stauf's in Ohio

Was on vacation last week and doing some furniture shopping in Grandview Heights, Ohio. (Columbus).Saw a coffee roaster/shop on way and stopped by on way back. Staufs was the name, neat part of town and a lively place by the flow of traffic thru shop. Well organized and user friendly. Purchased a 1/4lb of   Americano Expresso,Costa Rican tres rios and Sumatran Mandeling to try, all in Swiss water method, decaf. All whole bean. The Americano is fantastic, solid body but not heavy, haughting aftertaste, blends superbly with chocolate for Mochachinnos and Mochas, hot or on ice. Costan Rican was also superb light bodied but intense, My wife loves it in a Cafe Au Lait with vannila and Cinnamon. Have been dealing with several roasters but this place is going to get more of my business.
Heavy turnover and they tell you what is freshly roasted that day.
