Coffe Review: Organic Coffee Co. Sumatra Mandeling - 85 Color: Very Dark Ruby, black with ruby tinting in darker light, thin and light on the palette Nose: cinnamon pie crust fresh from the oven Taste: a very light nut (possibly hazelnut) flavor on the front palette, cinnamon and hazelnut come through on the mid-pallete, light hazelnut on the finish Comments: Good flavor but I find it lacking in complexity and weight; it also disappears on the finish very quickly and tastes like other generic sumatra coffee beans; Decent coffee though and something i would recommend for people who like their coffee on the lighter side
