I've been going up that way intermittently for the past year or so, and have been trying some of the houses mentioned in the Dallas thread. From what I've found, you really need to trek into Dallas proper to get a decent espresso based drink. Oddfellows has been the best I've tried so far. I also went to a place called drip, where I wish I could have had a chance to sit down. Whatever you do, don't go to Cafe Brazil in KcKinney...they may have good food (though I didn't try any of it), but I tossed my cappa in the trash!
