Red Bird Blackbird Blend Dark Roast: 89
Color: Dark Black with a mahogany tint
Nose: spicy campfire notes with walnut and oak
Taste: roasted walnuts on the front palette, spicy smokey earth flavor (I call it campfire lol) on the mid palette, earthy flavor on the finish
Mouthfeel: light body and smooth
Comments: very good dark coffee blend, the flavors are simple but well done and nicely integrated, not so haavy or sharp that people that drink lighter coffees wouldn't enjoy it, definitely worth trying at least once

Redbird Brazil Sweet Blue Coffee: 86
Color: Black with a dark brown tint, looks thick and vsicious
Nose: toasted peanut with a hint of sweet, ripe vegetable
Taste: Rhye bread and dry toasted peanut on the front pallete, light rhye bread with hint of ripe vegetable on the mid pallete, very light toasted bread with a strong sweet, ripe vegetable flavor on the finish
Mouthfeel: smooth on the tongue and light to medium body
