Red Bird Blackbird Blend Dark Roast: 89 Color: Dark Black with a mahogany tint Nose: spicy campfire notes with walnut and oak Taste: roasted walnuts on the front palette, spicy smokey earth flavor (I call it campfire lol) on the mid palette, earthy flavor on the finish Mouthfeel: light body and smooth Comments: very good dark coffee blend, the flavors are simple but well done and nicely integrated, not so haavy or sharp that people that drink lighter coffees wouldn't enjoy it, definitely worth trying at least once
Redbird Brazil Sweet Blue Coffee: 86 Color: Black with a dark brown tint, looks thick and vsicious Nose: toasted peanut with a hint of sweet, ripe vegetable Taste: Rhye bread and dry toasted peanut on the front pallete, light rhye bread with hint of ripe vegetable on the mid pallete, very light toasted bread with a strong sweet, ripe vegetable flavor on the finish Mouthfeel: smooth on the tongue and light to medium body Comments: it's not the most inspiring coffee I've had but it's a good at what it does, the flavors and flow across the palette is good, the complexity and structure is not what it could be imo, it does serve as a good alternative to the bitter dark coffees that
