What is the origin of your favorite everyday coffee?  I like Columbian, Mexican, Brazilian, and sometimes Kenyan or Rwandan.  It seems like it varies with the crop.

Right now I'm enjoying the varieties of Guatemalan coffee for a few weeks now.  You made mention you like Kenyan or Rwandan coffee, I haven't tried those but I'll try next time.

Did you know...? Dark roast coffees actually have less caffeine than lighter roasts due to the fact that the process of roasting burns off caffeine.

Lately I have been using Colombian for espresso and a Costa Rican coffee for the french press.

A medium roast Costa Rica Terrazu. I've had a lot of really good coffee's. But most of them I wouldn't drink every day. This particular coffee I can drink every day and never get tired of.

The Ethiopians I've had recently, primarily Yirgis and Harars, have been amazing.  The flavors have just been so pronounced.

Hawaiian -- it's been hard to find at a reasonable cost for a while now.  I've settled on a light roast blend I like though.

Hey Sean, How dark is the Guatemala roast you are drinking?

Brazil and JBM are top for me.
