Hi all, I'm newbie in this forum. I have been bought cherry from growers directly for my own business. As a new in retail coffee i did not get customer enough. i have trouble with bean. how to keep freshly and good quantity my green bean for a long time? i do appreciated for your suggestion.

If you have the green bean then you do not need to dry it again. That has already been done. If you are buying the cherry then you will have to dry it out from there. Also keeping them in a good container will help them keep longer. Also make sure that you have an idea of how old the beans are when you get them so that you can estimate how long they will be at their best for you.
