Dan I know you just resolved it but I don't know what your OS Operating System is. I have Windows XP Home Edition 2002, & the clock is in the task bar, farthest lower right hand side. Double click to time display to bring up "Date and time Properties" I have 3 tabs, the aforementioned, then Time Zone, & lastly Internet time. Time Zone is from GMT - 12hrs to +13 hrs. The Time Zone tab is to sync to the second, to time.windows.com or time.nist.gov
