Craig...even in what is a serious situation ( for those of us who call you friend), I have to smile when I read all our posts with comments like "wow, sure hope you can still have coffee!"...etc.....
LOL
Figures we who are similarly addicted would respond in this manner.

Yeah, I hear ya on that Rob. I'd be pissed though if I couldn't have my (only!) 2 coffees a day!! seeing as it's my life..
I haven't done any espresso in a while, but I only have 2 or so anyhoo.

Truthfully, you'd be better off without the bagels (ultra high carb/sugar) and doing a little Pharmaceutical grade fish oil, or Krill oil. Awesome stuff for circulatory system and anti inflammation.
I'll PM you with links.

Hmmm, well in the hospital for breakfast., cardiac diet & I saved almost 8 days times 3 meals a day food tickets.., whole wheat toast was on the menu. It's amazing the variety that was served & low fat low carb for the patients that are there & on the mend.

Rest, enjoy your blessing that this was sussed out in time. Good job getting yourself into the hospital. Too often, men ignore such stuff, figuring it will just "go-away."
Rock On!!

Thank you very much Rob, & I was really counting my blessings that it was as 'good' at it was. It could of been a lot more serious. I'll tell you more offline, but I did that too, not ignoring it but hoping/praying that it was "only" a pulled chest muscle., (yah right! {;-))

Wow Craig,  How scary and like every one else said, Glad it was okay. You drove yourself to the hospital? That is impressive. Must be made of very sturdy stuff, indeed! Take it easy and do what the doctors say, you know! You want to keep getting better and better.  We want that too.

Hang tough.

with aloha,
Cea
