With a total of 3 posts and one of them in this thread, there is not a large volume of posts to worry about, if you would rather not visit us, just do not come back. If you have email notifications in your profile checked so you get notices to your posts or something else, simply uncheck it. YMMV!
BTW, you can get to all of your settings by going to your profile (just click on your own name) then go to "change forum settings" and then you will see a page with all your options.
I'm sorry you decided to leave, remember, we will still be here when and if you ever decide to return.
OH, I just checked the posts you did make. The way to start a new thread is to click on the button at the top of the page that says "new topic" but then you found the button or this thread would not have been started.
As for the cup, I am not aware of any specific site that can help you. You will need to google both the web and places like Ebay, eventually you will likely find your cup but it will take work.

You had subscribed to the 'New to CoffeeGeek? Welcome, introduce yourself!' thread. As it is one those ongoing subjects you would obviously receive a notification every time a post is added.
I have just unsubscribed you from that thread but somehow, I'm guessing that you won't be reading this anyway.
